Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using The Array, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use The Array on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use The Array. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

The Array may offer paid subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management & cancellation. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by the app store per its policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
• Price changes. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

You retain ownership of the photos, wardrobe items, and other content you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you — for example, to analyze an outfit or build your wardrobe.

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it doesn’t violate any law or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes others’ rights or is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models or source code.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or its security.
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

The Array uses AI to provide styling feedback, scores, and suggested outfits. This output is generated automatically and provided for your personal styling use. It may be imperfect or subjective, and is not professional advice. You decide what to wear — use your own judgment.

The Array, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Gains Insights LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Array and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using The Array and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
